Problem with newest firmware in your support


Hello team

I have problem with newest firmware in your support, as BLA-l09 and L29 firmware

flashing operation saying ok but nothing is changed in phone exept factory reset
Before flashing operation was the best and everything was ok

can you share the previous versions please ?

Hello, not quite understand, what previous versions? No one yet flashed BLA files that we have on support area as i checked, and they were uploaded just today as well. At the moment only Chinese version firmwares of this phone available, other regions coming later.

wow, I'm trying to flash with it since wendsday or tuesday

usually the phone is flashed in fastboot mode then in upgrade mode but since Wednesday it displays "software written" without upgrading mode and the rest remains in the same state, please help me

Oh, it's mate 10 pro not Honor v10, well then if flashing board software/factory firmware alone, does not make your phone to boot up then problem is on hardware level and will need to replace it's main board.
