Problem with Phoenix - GSM-Forum

It's impossible to update the smartphone after the change of location via Phoenix (and via microSD card too). The location can be changed, but it still gives an error message

What error message exactly? Sure location set correctly by update file?

We make the change of location via HCU program, but after the change it's impossible to upgrade the smartphone. This is my log in: xinkuangkeji. It's not only me who has this problem. There wasn't such problem on the earlier version (version 244), but it's appeared after the upgrade. Downgrade worked well before, but now it gives an error.
