every time i connect to dc

It's connected via USB cable, device must be turned on, if it doesn't detect then problem most likely is devices adapter ip/gateway duplicates with one that you use for connection in which case you would need to change it by using guides on the internet or just by using different connection to internet method, such as tether from phone.
