Hi i buy yesterday hcu client for lifetime but cant get support to repair imei of FLA_LX2 Y9 2018 help please

Brother in support shown ok.but when read info or try to repair imei with hcu it shows error chipset not supported help please

use old firmware .... its worked on fla lx1 i used Florida-L21 8.0.0.120 and done 100 %
