TRT-L21A need urgent help??? - GSM-Forum

hi i have TRT-L21A was hang on recovery i flash it with latest firmware but still same so i flash again with board firmware after that it is just seen as qualcomm HS-USB QDLOADER 9008 i try to use dc-phoenix to flash it but it is not seen by the dc-phoenix and give this Looking for a device in upgrade mode
No devices detected in upgrade mode...my pc can detect it as above qdloader but not detected by flashing programm....please help to solve that
