Y9 2019 problem

hi hcu team...


today i received Y9 2019 for imei repairing(even thought I already know the results it will not be done)but the problem is HCU program couldn't detect the phone at all at manufacture mode only on fastboot...here is a log of read info operation:

so what is the problem...is it driver problem or this module hasn't support yet??

you have to degrade your equipment so that hcu recognizes it and can do the operation has to have the new security of oct or december

this device has no lower patch security version available..and on top of that it has android 8.1 with emui 8.2 version...My problem with this device it can't not be detect by HCU program,when I press read info hcu program stuck then a popup message appears and tells the phone should be at manufacture mode which it's already on it...


plz supporter is there any solution for it??
