3days work dine.suddenly get this error .
Allredy try with 3 pc.
Using wifi from router
I got a connect the router with cable but same error
How to sloved this problame.

Make sure modem is not being used by any other software, especially if it has a dashboard on pc. Make sure it is closed.

I format my pc and install clean windows and there any dash board installerd but stil i got same error massage.plz reply soon.allredy tried with 3pc .

Formatting pc won't do any good, your modem is being used by another service that is running on your pc therefore flashng tool can't access it. After you locate that service and close/end it then it will work.

FLashing is different from unlocking and requires different access to device. Check on v10 see if it's same.
