He's talking about oca with loca in it. After autoclave your supposed to put in uv light to prevent the bubbles from returning.

im using the mould aluminium and also under the lcd is aluminium so it will be more sure that when it press is not coming back bubbles

few things that makes problem for lcd:

1. When u laminating oca on the screen or glass be sure no big bubbles other wise for sure you will not success your job (the perfect way is to laminate with without any bubbles if i have bubble somethimes before laminating glass i put oca with lcd to bubble remover for 40 celcius and not more than 10 min if not deseaper air means u have to repeat procedure )
2. when u laminating and u can see a lot of air inside lcd means lcd is not enough up so when machine pressing cannot take out and catch oca with glass and lcd
3. be sure all area lcd is not any old loca or glue or dust this making oca lift up and coming bubbles
4. if bubbles comes around the the screen it could means the oca is unglued around and because stay long time on air is not so good as it was before.
5. keep all oca in the refrygyrator.
6. if you are getting problem i suggest to try oca from bigger model laminate it in the middle then cut around lcd the rest of the oca with sharp knife and then laminate.


i forgot very important do not remove bubbles few times same day even some lcd that have small bubbles they need 1-2 days break before u make another becuase after bubbles will diseapear and comes more i never use more than 40 degreese and 50 is for me too much is better remove air weith lower celcius and longer time but max 15 min if not disepear u need to wait 1-2 days and try again until oca will catch if not u need to cut and make it again dont spent time for nothing

I have the KO NO 1 and sometimes I have to use the Bubble Remover if the KO does not remove all bubbles. I am reburbishing 100-200 LCDs per month.
The only disadvantage of OCA infront of LOCA is, that the dust is more visible. Does anyone has an idea how to work dust free? I built an Laminar Flow Box by myself but sometimes I have dust in 2-3 LCDs out of 10.

Cellularman how is the KN6.2? Maybe I will test this too if the dust isnt that visible.

I am using the Oca Laminating Machine KO 01 but sometimes it does not remove all bubbles. Then you will need the Autoclave.

When i posted i was using a oca that i don´t even know it´s brand. Now i´m using mitsubish. Since i started using mitsubish, i am having the same problem you had. No bubbles right after autoclave. 1 or 2 bubble come back couple hours later.

I am laminating manually. Like this video on youtube (i can´t post links): How do Chinese laminate the OCA adhesive on the glass of your cell phone

then put the glass (manually) on the lcd and then autoclave. The only machine i use is autoclave

About the autoclave. You said you use 4 or 5 mpa pressure. It´s a lot of pressure. I am using 60 or 70 PSI, thats equal to 0,4 or 0,5 mpa. To avoid miss understanding, can you send a picture of you manometer when the autoclave is on the right pressure?

Here is my settings. It ranges from 4-5 mpa. I play with it to see what gets best results

I'm very new to all this and still practicing but from my experience if I put in to bobble remover for more then 20 degrees I always have bobbles back in 20 minutes or so. Try to set it to 20 degrees for 20 minutes and hope you newer will have them back.
