There's none. Buy, trial, and modify the machine...

I dont trust the integrated ones, and i believe i will buy a more manual one like this one: https://www.will-hi.com/vacuum-oca-l...g-machine.html and a separate autoclave.
Maybe if you put a better quality pneumatic driver then the laminating is better.

Hello, i have Triangel 5 in 1 oca machine. It is ok, the door look cheap but it do the job.
The main thing for get rid of bubble is to clean it propper. In some cases i have a little scrach but still no boubble. If you have small boubble put it again in autoclave but lower the temp for 5 C. I usualy put lcd after i see there is no boubble in UV lamp. I know that the OCA glue is not UV sensitive but i still do and boubble do not come back.

Also one trick if you cannot get rid of boubbles is to put a clothes peg to give a little pressure on that spot.

I'm having problem tiny bubbles appear in the screens - mainly on top horizontal. I had the screens put into freezer straight after autoclave, bubbles appears after a few days in room temperature.

What type of LCD are you repairing? What pressure are you using and what temp? How do you clean your LCD?

How about replacing glass for other brands like hTC, Sony or LG?
There are some like Sony Z3 and Z2 where the front glass is also the touch panel, can you replace using this machines?

Did the tiny bubbles appears on the edge after autoclave (assume after a few hours or a day.)?

I wonder has the thread starter found a solution to this problem.

Hi guys, sorry for my absence.

Okay I have spoke to many people about bubble problems and here is my conclusion.

There are many reason why bubble are happening. Everybody has to find their unique problem.
Some may be due to poor machinery, or poor quality or bad operation of tools/products/machines.

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Here was my main problem

I wasn't laying oca on the glass right. How I fixed it. make sure when you lay oca on the glass you lay it perfect with no bubbles or else you will likely have some. After you lay oca on the glass, put the glass in the autoclave for 1 full cycle. Just the glass. After autoclave session most likely you will not see bubbless on the glass, wait 30-40 mins after full cycle. Then inspect each glass individually and see if bubble reappear on glass only.

The glass with no bubbles reappearing it should be good. The ones with bubbles coming back peel oca then reapply then redo cycle.

See bubbles can appear from between oca and glass

OR

bubbles can appear from oca to lcd.

'--------------------------------

My main problem was with bubblew appearing in between oca to glass

You have to inspect your bubbles to see where they are forming. Use a microscope to inspect

Hope this helps

No it's not wrong. Just another method. I found it easier to apply on glass bc it is easier for me to peel off of if I apply oca wrong and it's perfectly clean after I pull back sticker to ensure for good roll
