Hello guys.
I have no problem with bubbles in the middle of the screen but in the corners, most of my screens are coming out of the autoclave with 1 to 3 small bubbles in any corner of the LCD.

Here is the configuration of my machine:

Vacum Time: 15s
Lamination: 45s
Debubbling: 20 mins
Outgassing: 5
Temperature: 40C
Pressure: 7 MPA

Tomorrow I will change the lamination time, temperature and time of the LCD in the autoclave, return with the result.

Like all had problems with the machine bubbles and the only solution was testing behind test.
And get to 100%.
The tip I can tell you is the setting machine pressure. They come with regulated pressure sea level of China. So you have to adjust the pressure and temperature. So to get to 100% perfection.
My I regulated the machine to sea level in my town, I moved 10 minutes to 15 minutes time and raised the temperature to 35 degrees.
Use hollow Mitsubishi, and I do not have any problem with bubbles.
I hope to help with these tips.

Can I contact you in private? I am also from Brazil, more specifically from Santa Catarina, I would like just a few tips regarding the problem that I am facing, I promise not to bother for long.

Thank you!

I followed some tips from gucesar1 and I programmed my machine to:

Vacum Time: 15s
Lamination: 120s
Debubbling: 10 mins
Outgassing: 5
Temperature: 50C
Pressure: 7 MPA

It worked perfectly, the problem of bubbles in the corners disappeared.

The problem for the bubbles is the oca theirs a lot people claiming to sell original oca from Mitsubishi but it's false advertising / if you have original Mitsubishi oca and you have a bubble you don't even need laminating machine in couple of hours it will removed by itself .

I am looking to work with OCA, I am researching on the equipment but my doubt is about the autoclave. Can it be from medical laboratories? Because in my country, the ones for OCA are very expensive, and the laboratories are already used for a great price.
