iphone 5 Glass separation

hey guys new here been tied on seeing all the things online about how hard it to remove the glass on the iphone 5 we have been doing it for months and now going to start doing for others will save money on the £160 display at the moment when we can make them look brand new again for £40

Proof on lcd out of glass the glue is harder to remove than the glass can be seen in picture

it is not a secret
Glass screen only replacement for the galaxy s2, s3, iphone 4, 4s, 5, - YouTube

I personally do this on a htc 8x by removing in small pieces , one by one the old digitizer and took me a long time to finish the job

what are those heating pads called? I don't know what to search for... searching heating pads brings up dog beds.. I wanna try this..
How hard is it cleaning the glue off the LCD? And how hard is it when assembling to not get dust and air bubbles in between?
Lastly is it as strong as original? i.e; can you separate again easily??

Great solution for iPhone 5 screens!!

and I don't understand this video then.. If you have removed the glass how do you still have touch sensitivity? Is there another layer of the digitiser that doesn't come off when removing the glass?
Correct me if I'm wrong are you separating the glass lens from the digitiser and LCD? So once separated your LCD has two connectors attached right?

the heating pad we use is part of are rework station we picked up in china the lcd is fine but i will say the optical adhesive we use to bond the screen back to the lcd is stronger and we have not had to try and remove yet as for dust makre sure a clean room used and for air bubble we use a vacum pump afterwards to clear them out
