No, if touch doesn't work then you have to replace whole assembly. Digitizer is part of the display in K10 2017.

If by screen you mean just the glass and you're able to see everything just fine on the screen then yes, you can. Keep in mind that you need laminator and autoclave to properly do this with OCA.
