Tbk 808 very big bubble not really work ... help

I have tbk 808 laminating machine and debbuber
I try a lot to make good screen refurbished but when I use my machine that make **** screen with very big bubbles ...
I use 20kpa
Laminating 30 secondes
Remove bubble time : 10 minutes
Température : 45 or 50 degré
I use alignment mold for my screen before use my laminating machine
I use screen mat

maybe i am not putting the screen the right way?
Maybe my machine have probleme ?

The only advice I can give to you is to sell it and buy YMJ Laminator or simliar! The TBK 808 is ****! Ive owned this machine years ago and it was a nightmare to work with.

Buy YMJ single desk for example or portable version

If need any help write PM. Iam from Germany and can help you with an agent in shenzen or if need any help. But to be honest with the 808 you wont have a good succesrate at least. Its wasted time and money. Only usable for flat screen and up from ip7 it will end in massive losses
