Some refurbish glass experts can explain the pros and cons of the nitrogen separator glass machine?
The whole process? Because maybe it's my opinion but from the videos seems too easy

I would gladly find out if it works as it should and how many % of the LCD are damaged after the separation?

Hi everybody.

To answer all of you.

The pro of the nitrogen machine is that to refurbish the LCd it uses the opposite way.

By freezing the glue, it crsystalize and automatically detached from the LCD and glass.
in this way, the % of breaking the LCD is very low compared to the % of broken LCD when using the heat and the metal wire.

The process is very simple, nothing special to know.

for any EDGE is exactly the same procedure as per any other model.

In addition, since nitrogen is not easy to goet in every country, there are models that does not need nitrogen use.

Regards,
X4ce

where do you see the nitrogen machine in the second video?

Anyway I still prefer the compressor machine, since itīs not easy to get nitrogen everywhere.

Hi. Friend. I have the machine and for your exact question the answer is. Very quick.

I really recomend this machine to someone that would make more than 3 screens. And buy only the exact quantity to do this separations.

10 liters evaporates in one week. In my personal experience. And there is nothing that you can do to stop the evaporation.

The machine is very effective. It reaches the optimum temperature in less than 10 minutes. I mostly refurbish sony displays and it works great. I still find it difficult to replace glass in Samsung Galaxy models, last week I find a way to refurbish S5 screen, here is how I have done it:
