iPhone 8/8P/X back glass is fragile and difficult to repair because it is connected to the housing with welds and glue. There are two ways available for you to fix broken back glass iPhone 8/8P/X. Each has their advantages and disadvantages. For details please check below. Which way will you choose?
1. iPhone 8 Plus Back Glass Repair with iPhone 8/8P/X Back Glass Seperator Safe and Easy

I have personally done the 2nd method listed and I can definitely say that it is time consuming and difficult. Once you remove all of the back glass from the phone, removing the glue takes quite a bit of time. It is doable but be prepared to spend some time to carefully complete the back glass replacement.

The best way to replace the glass on new iPhone - fully disasemle iphone and heat up the glass on non vacum separator to 200 C degree. The glass on this temperature easy separeted. I am designed easy machine for this. There is a video about her on YouTube, but I can't post it because of the small number of messages. My device is much simpler and more convenient than Chinese.
