For phones like Samsung S series changing the glass only means that after some weeks the possibility to have the screen glass broken again or dust between lcd panel and glass is too high! 80% of the phones repaired in this way will face off this problem. i think applying the LOCA gel and refurbish the display is definitely the best way.

its better romove back light before putting uv glue as iphones lcd`s are different from samsungs , they have separated light source not integrated like samsung and uv glue can leak , so separate back light , attache glass and then put back back light

in my experience :
clean level =
1- specific china remove glue = negative result
2- isopropyl alcool = good and fast to remove
3-Use brake cleaner car garage-based aviation gasoline results fast and perfectly melts the glue, careful not to insist too much on display ... still preserves the plastic parts.
first test it on a display failure ..

Not use these BAD product never!!!

Lcd can be permanent damaged with big spots, all plastic part will corrode even with a barb...
This method of Trieline, or other Invasive was used only for Oxide removing first all plastic part, (1000 time more good the TIP of the rice of kitchen)....

Now in the market, Not to buy Economy CHINA product, there are many products and protection for remove Glue w/o damaging nothing...just not search in Economy not tested product...Warning when you want do money replace one glass and damage one LCD is more good change work...

you can use them safely, used and tested no problem with plastic and no bubble ..the basis of this liquid removal is aviation gasoline.
This is used not only by me but also by other laboratories and is for sale on ebay :
