Notice about A3s cannot power on

Background: Recently customer feedback that A3s is not functioning to power on after it was charging off-screen.

Model involved:
A3s CPH1803、A3s CPH1853

Solution:
Press power on key + volume up key to forcibly restart the device. Go to Google Play store to turn off “Auto update App over Wi-Fi only”, uninstall Facebook with V214.0.0.43.83 version, and then customer can go to www.apkpure.com to download the Facebook with V212.0.0.28.110.

A1： Dear customer, this issue is caused by the latest version of Facebook (V214.0.0.43.8). If your device is standby while charging, Facebook will auto update the files of the app, which causes crash for large storage occupied at the same time. You can press power on key + volume up key to forcibly restart the device first, and we will also advise you to uninstall the latest version of Facebook, and then go to www.apkpure.com to download the history version (V212.0.0.28.110). Also, you can go to Google Play store > Settings > Auto update App, and choose “Don’ auto-update apps”.
