i have R11S lock screen i need remove all locks but my phone no write firmware can u help me flash this phone

but MsmDownloadTool.exe no init never star flashing

Dear forum member, first select the correct firmware, Connect phone with EDL mode, Manually select com port 2 or 10 hopefully firmware ''write/flash'' will be start.

although after i install all need it (codemeter,pdanet) and opening enable.exe when i start msmdownload i have "connect timeout" error.if i select further project 17123 when i push start button nothing happend.tell me where i wrong?
