2015 Retina iMac Help a1418

I am having a very tough time with an iMac a1418 Retina.

After contacting support, I was told i needed to use a hot air gun to desolder the IC chip, and then use the clamp.

Hot air gun thing came today. How do I proceed? After I remove the chip, then what???

Where does the clamp go?
How do I put the chip back in?

I'm not going to take it in tosomeone else, and i would love some advice on how to proceed.
Thanks in advance

Hi. No no no.
It is not necessary to desolder a chip, attach a clamp and read data, then keep a dump, then remove Lock, then write down a clean dump.
Also leave only one random access memory during the reading and record and when you include, install all memory.
