Dear Customers,

For the one who just purchased the Full activated box with ISP adaptor and the one who just received the ISP adaptor.

1, You need download the upgraded management software. For it have not been published yet,please contact with us (Skype--daneremail) for the downloading address.

2, After it,please check on our website for the operation guide.Unlock iCloud Lock 4 digit / 6 digit | HDB Team Or from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W4WhMOxyKow

Besides,you need be very careful with the whole process. And you`d better back up all the info before you operate on the device!!!

please delete post, by upgrading inside hdb manager i got an upgrade apple efi 3.0

Dear Sir,

Have you already download our newest management software? Please download the newest V1.9 version Management software from Support | HDB Team.

Then use the management software and choose "About & Update" to update you box. Then you could get the newest app inside your box.
