Member: 1300847 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 547 | Hello, We tried to procure an iPhone with IOS6.1.3 for testing, and give you a full detailed answer, but as it turns out, IOS6 devices are extremely rare and we were not able to find an IOS6 device for testing. However, we could confirm that for IOS7 the pin removal works even if the iPhone is disabled ( we re-tested again during the weekend to make sure we give you an tested reply). Now, back to your IOS6.1.3, To test if this IOS version have support for the unlock method we are using on HDBOX is easy. Using HDBox manager software, just type a code and click send as code, if the phone replace the empty circles with full color circles and then vibrates, then your specific IOS version is supported, but from what we recall IOS6 was not supported during our tests. ( IOS6 testing was done a couple of years ago and we cannot recall what IOS6 version/devices we tested) To our 'TODO' list for HDBOX Manager we added a new item to display a more proper message for IOS6 and/or lower IOS versions. Best regards, HDBOX Support Team. |
