The tool is full activated already. No need register.

First ,I thought it maybe caused by the FFC cable which is very easy to get damaged. So you tried the new ISP adaptor with the new FFC cable inside also?

Yes, I bought new ISP with all cables. I thought my problem was the flex cable or maybe the ISP adaptor but I get same result with new entire everything. Only thing I can replace now is my hdbox but I dont think that's the problem.......I really thought this new ISP adapter would make things work again. Any advice? This IS an mac I'm working with and I know I did a few before with no battery n charger only but like I said it's been a while since my box has been able to read anything

Hi Sir,

For the disconnection caused maybe 3 reasons,
1, Computer have issue.
2, The Operation
3, The ISP adaptor of HDBox(or maybe Box).

To finger out the issue caused. Please try carefully as below:
1, To buy 1 ISP chips. Do the read test on the test. If the box could read the info from the chip. It means the computer have issue.

2, Try the 8 combinations as the toubleshooting guide in this link Remove iCloud ? 4 and 6 digit instant, using HDBOX and ISP adapter | HDB Team. And you should operate very carefully. Even our engineer sometime need try several time until read the info properly.
3, please try to change the FFC cable. That cable is very fragile.

If you already tried all, we will guide you online to finger out the issue.

Thanks & Best Regards!

Use the chip to test is the fastest and cheapest way. This way ,you could find out easily whether the box have issue.

If the box is all right ,then just be careful on the operations.

Thanks
