hd box more info for usage

hi , i read the shortly user manual, but can we have more specific hints?
like i had put on cod fon my samsung , pin lock like: 0038
but it will not find the code.
need more video/help..on how to connect this g920f and remove the pin lock.
info about sensor..connectgions mode.
i should use direct clip usb connection..or via otg ?

thx! didn't saw that section on site.
i come back with feedback after testing.
one more question..if have android phone..like samsung ..with broken lcd, any way to recover data if phone is in working state..but no display on it?

Dear Sir,

Is it only touch panel broken? Or the TFT display(OLED) do not work at all?

If it is just the touch panel broken ,with our HDBox ,you could operate with the phone still.

We would like to know the detailed issue.

g920 and j3 2016 tested and working, pin lock found and ok!
great !
for broken touchscreens i saw that mouse function on phone..is great.
but i think 1st in the world will be if we could connect to phone with broken lcd..this will be something cool
