Dear Sir,

When did you purchased the box? Have this problem existed all the time? Or just this time?

If it is possible,could you send the operation video to [email protected]. Let the engineer to finger out the issue possible and give the solution accordingly.

It means after the update, the sensor cable do not work. But before the update,the sensor works,right?

I will check with the engineer to see whether it caused by the software or the hardware.
