When you connect to PC , computer detect new hardware? If yes did you have installed correct Drivers?
Did you have tryed to install in new computer?

We realy meet some strange problem this time.Our engineer have tried all possibilities. No matter how the box works at our side.



We have asked reseller ship back 1 set which have connection issue at their side to us.

Such like (-1)*(-1)=+1. The port on the pcb micro USB matched with our test micro cables. But it do not match the normal micro public moudule. This caused the issue.


And for urgent use, you can do the change on the micro usb cable. Change the data + and data - position. Then you can use it. And we also will arrange special extra cable for this isue.And will delivery to you after it done.
