Dear Sir, Such like (-1)*(-1)=+1. The port on the pcb micro USB matched with our test micro cables. But it do not match the normal micro public moudule. This caused the issue. And for urgent use, you can do the change on the micro usb cable. Change the data + and data - position. Then you can use it. And we also will arrange special extra cable for this isue.And will delivery to you after it done. And to show our sincerely apologize on it.
