You can do any iphone even if they are disabled and they run IOS7.x. If is not running IOS7, you can always try a restore from DFU mode ( Make sure it is DFU mode and not recovery mode ) and that have a high chance to remove the disabled state, but this will make iphone to ask your to enter icloud password of the icloud account on it, if any.

REALLY?.....like i dont know.... does your 6s run on IOS7?

can hdbox bypass it?
