Please use HDBOX Manager and from About&Update TAB use update firmware just to ensure you are having latest EFI App Version. Also PM us an print screen of that tab to check your EFI App version to see on what version this issue happens. Tomorrow a new version of EFI App should come out with some tweaks regarding ISP adaptors, and if your issue is actually related to latest version we will have apply a quick fix for it. ( We know that on an older version was an issue exactly like yours but it was fixed already, so that is why we asked that printscreen, to update our FAQ page with this issue). Thank you for contacting us, HDBOX Support Team. |
