Hi. Flash original backup and power on your mac.
Then, clear any lock, flash again and reset SMC and PRAM.

Macbook Pro A1707 2016

After removing 6-bit password, and when I try to re-install the system, the Mac quickly jumps to password administrator of the 6 squares. It will not let me reinstall the system.

Is simple, The EFI Firmware passcode is clean already, but when turn on the Mac again, still appearing the passcode of 6 digits. So, I try reinstall the system with USB macOS install but, then to choose the USB to install the Mac skip to passcode.
