need driver


Hello to all
* an expert to my help please
no connection to the computer, I know that the drivers are missing
there are not in the support
I miss the sensor ?? will it be important for use ??
the box remains in: HDBox Update
and not recognized in the latest manager as the photo

First ,we would like to apologize the inconvince caused. For the SMT did some mistake. And coincendence it could work with our test micro usb cable which are custmized. So durning test ,all works. But at your side ,there is some problem with connection.

your reseller (gsmserver) does not want to help
change boxes with complete cable sets and send an activated one
for the updates it is normal that the user of the box must do them
what do you propose ?? thank you

We have send the corrected cables to them. Please contact with them


And we apologize that due to the increasing marketing requirement and the upgrade changes on the hardware, we hurried it up very much.And let you do the update yourselves. Normally we should finished that part before we sent out.

Thanks sir, i am sorry for disturb
my problem is not solved even with the photo cable
as I see things in front of my seller, must have a professional knowledge, before sending the product must check it.
so much has been paid, I am in my place ashamed to do such a thing.
I will look for another similar product, different reseller. . . and gsmserver will always go hungry
