You can remove by EFT Dongle from EDL mode.

MIUI 10 Not supported sir , Only MIUI 8 and below !

miui 8 not workin account remowe to.
department only on several models. on new devices it does not work.
your solution to remove xiaomi account.
You need a solution that permanently removes, not bypass.
after going around, the blockade is back. you do not have a good solution to remove this lock.
it's fake.
