BDN-L21 flash failed - GSM-Forum

Eft team plzz help i cant flash any of Huawei phones since long time always giving me error all method connecting to server failed sometimes no supported method 3 giving me msg writing and thing skip writing and then skip till the end and telling me flash done phone restart without flashing and nothing changed .
