maybe there is a program using adb server , check from your task manager .

LOOK in ur image there are two adb servers .. click on first one and open file location and do the same for the other , any one takes you to a folder not for EFT then delete the program , in most cases it is HTC manager or Chinese mobogenie or market .

Both programs are from the folder location (C:\Program Files\EFT Dongle\Bin) Eft ended process not done ...

eft 1.4.3 have bug. Tested on 3 pc . not work active adb on c7000 u2 Rb1..

or updata to u3 and select u3 in eft

Download adb-kits then extract it and run command put : adb kill-server then connect phone with EFT Dongle and ENJOY !

Process is working like a charm plz try on another PC , i am 100% sure it is ADB server problem, there MUST be some program using the server .

adb not active and no adb device show in device manager
