its my 4th or 5th post to the lazy team
i request to the team that please help me to solve my problem i buy EFT on 20/02/2018 but i Didn't use it now me needs it but dongel not working i chedked on 3 pc`s get same error that Dongle not found please team if u can solve my problem then thanks if u can`t then replace my eft or any other solution please

You didnt speak politely from the very beginning , the lazy one who dont want to bother him self search for a solution which is already posted thousands of times ..

1- Make sure that smart card is placed correctly ( Not inserted too much)
2- Turn off your Windows Defender or Antivirus Then Install EFT again and Add EFT folder to exclusions on Windows Defender or Anti virus
3- Try to use available Drivers in thread mentioned below ...

4- Try to use our smart card with another reader or vice versa
5- Try to use the Dongle on another PC so we can identify where is the problem.

i think i said its my 4 or 5 post for 1 problem its not my 1st post in every post i said help me to solve my problem but team guide me and i try all solutions which team tell me and posted on thousands places but issue is still no one try to help me via team-viewer then i call faster or lazy anyway sorry
try to help me on team-viewer please

After updating the program does not transfer phones, why you delete posts. Better solve the problem with update bugs.
