EFT MDM reset problem

Problem to make recovery for Remove MDM, program says:
"Please Scan Ports And Choose COM First!"

When phone is connected in download mode problem still exists.

Make recovery to bypass just like make root kernel or make rooted recovery
You only need to connect any device in adb mode them make recovery
After that flash recovery.eft then reboot to recovery then reboot to system !
FRP /oem must be off

My friend U don't understand - your new button "Make Recovery Remove MDM" in Samsung "Make Recovery" TAB doesn't work. When phone is connected in ADB mode I have message: "Selected Recovery File: [D:/Mobile/box/Samsung/_flash/SM/G/G930F/G930FXXU1DQD7_XEO/recovery.img] Extracting Recovery Image.....Failed", when phone is not connected message is: "Please Scan Ports And Choose COM First!" - what I do wrong? Device connected in ADB must be rooted?

Stild doesn't work - phone connected via ADB J500FN 6.0.1, recovery from A520F. "Make Recovery To Remove Screen Lock On Encrypted Data" works ok for this recovery.
