you are right yesterday night i try to unlock s8 g955f that was stuck at unlocking after some time i return to the customer

Then why you didnt ask for help immediately ?
Your problem was because you were using Windows with 32Bit which is not supported , ONLY windows 64bit is supported for this operation.

It is just we dont have a splash screen (opening image) thats why u think it takes time , but it is just like any tool which needs at lease 1 or 2 minutes to load files according to your network speed .
