i need to unlock screenlock data is very important.

Support say in youtube comment no need to select any file but when i click flash windows open to choose file. no files in suport only samsung

Just select Dload File and reset scren lock .

I select the stock update.app in the stock firmware used to update via sd

soft show process 11% for about 10 mins then nothing happens exit to idle.

You must use the same version of your phone and update.app file .
