hello EFT TEAM
I need your help please, I can not do Root
Yesterday I could do Root without problems, the same model, the same security and even the same software, but today I get the following errors:
1) Root

then doing a little research on this problem and depending on what you get, it's an RMM block, then use the option: Make Recovery Disable Rmm State
but it still gives the same error:

You have to flash latest firmware and wait 7 days then the RMM State will disappear , only then you can flash recovery to disable rmm state and root !

hello sir, I think the time has already been fulfilled (7 days x 24 hours = 168 hours)
the cell phone is already active for 193 hours.

Your device mode is normal which can allow you to flash anu custom image
Its a starnge issue you are having
But not for this model where i once had binary -1 😂

So try the following flash full combination then full flash
To see the result if RMM state is reseted to show its real state
You can also try unlock in combination mode

What is rmm state condition and what is the time UP for the device ?!

1) rmm state Normal as at the beginning in the 1st post
2) UP time was the same J701M, before it was 193 hours, but as you said Give me
screen shot for download mod, now the counter started again from 0
3) even though I spend 193 hours, same problem and I do not understand why ...
I need an explanation
4) I have the cell phone from May 3 to May 22 and I still have the problem
