Software is unstable - GSM-Forum

Hi,

When I'm opening the software it stayed open for few sceconds and then it crashing. what is the solution for that?

Unistall EFT Dongle and delete full folder from C drive and download EFT Dongle setup and install again then try one more time .

It is not a public problem , 100% the problem from your system !

if you have anti-virus try to disable it and try again .

Yup facing the same problem but only when i open hardwear tab and click on zoom then after some time ot says eft dongle has stopped working

It's still continue to happen.
I been reinstall it and that counitnue to crash.

How fix it?
