Exclamation 2 Errors - Moving Desktop Shortcut Link [Solved]

I just started having this error after trying to relocate the UNI Android link.

I tried moving the desktop link to my Phone Tools folder and when i ran the link it said something like "Program Title has changed.. Uni Android will not open?"
Why is this happening?

So after this I reinstalled UNI Android and I was able to use the desktop link again and launch UNI Android. After this however when I ran anything executing adb commands they would open windows outside of UNI Android Tools. The commands never completed either. I have a screenshot attached. Well nevermind that for some reason my attachment is failing. It's the right size and everything. Problems after Problems. Anyway back to UNI Android Tools issues.

So 2 problems here.

1) The moving of the UNI Android Tool Desktop Link to an alternate location.
2) CMD Windows from ADB command executions spawning outside of UNI Android Tool.

SCREENSHOT:

So since for whatever reason gsm-forum is not letting the attachment upload here it is. Please replace the info to view. (Admins can you please fix this issue and imbed the image on this post and the other I am about to post with another error I found in UNI Android Tools?)

UPDATE: I inherited a nasty file dropper piece of malware (TJProjMain(dot)exe) that infects exe's and any usb drive inserted via autorun(dot)inf which I usually have off but just had not had the time to do yet as I was building up my Phone Work Laptop.

I think the virus has to do with the error 1) but not sure about 2)

I am going to have to redo ALL of my laptop to get back where I am clean it appears. So I won't have any updates for a little while.
