My account expired so I paid the 30$ for a renewal.. That was March 6th, I still cant use my tool and its been a week...

Can someone please help make this work?

this is crazy, everytime i try to chat with someone on the website NOBODY EVER replies, its like im talking to a wall.. my order id is 21728 please someone make my tool work its been over a week since ive paid for a renewal.
