im finding uni-android so frustrating never have i had such a hard time with phone software, where is the support area you keep referencing in replies here? how exactly do i access it?

after ordering edl cable getting correct drivers etc the software doesnt work, memory error when attempting to remove frp by EDL and it never detects FTM, please direct link me the driver the allows uni android to detect phone in FTM

Hi, at Reboots tab you can use FTM to EDL option then at Generic Qualcomm tab use Reset FRP button.

Hi. in order copletely to get edl mode you need to find edl pinouts. this means you need to open device and find edl point. once i triyed with zuk edge with edl cable it shows 9008 mode but i wasnt able to flash.

thanks for the reply guys i actually managed to reset frp using edl with the frp app not the main uat app howevere i have a new issue, i attempted to root in uat and it bricked the phone, i attempted unroot also however it just shows boot screen 1 second then no display, i have the boot.im uat backed up but its not clear at all how to flash it, i dont normal work on zte and uat wants xml file for flashing not .img it created
