GSM-Forum - Buying new license

Hello there, I need any UAT support that can help me registering and buying a license.

I have some troubles, first I download UAT 23.02 and register a new account but later forget the account's password so I go into forget password section but reset email never arrives.

I register a new account but I find another problem, in this forum is linked as official website https : // www . uniandroidtool . com but domain name has expired so web doesn't work.

Is http : // www . uni-androidtool . com official website too? Is secure for buying the license?

Also I want to ask about new account's confirmation email. In GSMServer says that account must be comfirm through mail but it also never arrives.

I hope you understand my situation and can guide me in this process.
