EDL Mode Error - ZE520KL - GSM-Forum

I'm having a ZE520KL with Android 6.0.1 and root enabled.

Access the Qualcomm tab and click to activate QC Diag mode, but then the program hangs and does not perform the task.

Can anyone give a tip on how can I put this device in QC Diag mode?

I already tried via ADB and also the direct code on the dialer, and I did not succeed.

I want to put it in diagnostic mode to do imei repair!

write eng rom which at support area, diag will enable and device will be rooted.
