Login credentials incorrect - GSM-Forum

After update to 14.02 version programm gave me this. I've try change tool id, wait 24 hrs. and... nothing happen. Login credentials incorrect, as before. Can you help me?

Login credentials incorrect i done already change password and hardward ID and still cant login to my account it be 48hr and i cant use my account hardware id on the software show 516E-7AD1-D643-FE92 when i login with webbase it show toolid D4E3-3AC1-399D-2966 and not changing i uninstall and install back still not change i think you need to look into this.. it getting annoying spend more time change pass and id that using the actual tool... i using one dam pc why it gotta change tool id and password so steady even more one month.....plzzzzzzzzzzzzz fix this problem

p.s : this issue due to you are using double hdd, so hw id generated by hdd also,
so it generated 2 hw id, when you re-open tool.

ok i get access now but why give that problem i have 4 hd on this pc but only intall this tool on main drive c anyway thank
