Hi. I've just purchased your uni-android 17.02. I've downloaded software, registered, on my uni-android account I can login, says paid and activated. I've tried changing password twice but still cannot access tool, getting error: login credentials incorrect please check password or email id. On installation there was a corruption and had to reinstall, is this the reason I cannot access the tool.

I sent this email and recieved email back asking for a screenshot of the error. That was 72 hours ago. Still with no word back. Anyones help would be much appreciated. Thankyou
