Hello support.
I bought the software user a week ago and didn't help that much at all!
anything i'm doing isn't working. and the support here doesn't help much.
First Issue:
Tried to unlock Redmi note 5 Pro (whyred) Mi account and after internet connection phone lock again.
Of course i tried "Reset Mi account [EDL]" and then "Disable account [ADB]"
and then "FIX ANTI-RELOCK [ADB]
Nothing helps. some on here from the support said to downgrade the firmware...
How? it has anti rollback and the boot-loader is locked!

Second Issue:
Tried to unlock FRP for Samsung G935F.
First try through Download mode: "Reset FRP" and then "FIX SOFT.BRICK" because the phone bricks after frp reset

Second try through ADB, i flashed a combination ROM with ADB Enabled and i tried "Reset FRP" with ADB method. and it is still "LOCKED". as usual....

The log in the software says "FRP reset Successfully" But physically its not.

every body is posting here Success stories from the software logs! it means nothing! the software always shows "Success" at the end of the procedure

Is there any LEGIT support that can help with those issues?

About Redmi 5 Account Block after removing Account with UAT , if it have miui 10 or 9 there is still no permanent Solution yet in gsm for anti-relock, it works on some firmware and not works on some.
About G935F If both Download and ADB Method Failed to reset FRP, You can do it easily with UART Method , which you have not tried yet.

How to use the UART method? do i need a Spacial cable? (with resistor inside)
I have a "UART cable" but the cable is for Octopus BOX

Yes you can use cable with any box with UART Supported.
