Samsung not responding

Hi .
I have Samsung J7 that forgot password, when i try to reset pattern, device not recognicce. When i go to Samsung>Utilities and select Reset FRP new method for samsung J7 2016, nothing happen. The use is recognize but it just stuck like i never click it. Please advise.

Because your device have no USB Debugging Enabled.

It is normal but J7 is not supported with Old Method.
