Socket error for lastv2 day


My registered mail id is [email protected]

I m facing this problem for last 2cday
can't open programm because see this error:
"Socket Error, Can not Connect to the Server"
Pls solve my problem
I m using latest cersion 17.0.1

Uninstall Tool completely , Delete Folder Uni-Android from root directory , restart PC Install Tool and run.

I uninstalled it and deleted the folder and restarted my pc several times but my problem is
Same no changes
Again i mentioning.

Its very poor support really thre days hv been passed but no one from tge support team could solve my problem .
Very poor nd harassing support.

Its my 5th day but not a single
Person from uat support team cocould solve my problem
Realy its a great support of uat team.
Lets see how many more time they will take to solve my problem.

Bro for ur kind info pn my pc all
Server dependent dongles running smoothly except ur great uat dongles.
Try to understand the problem nd find out its solution.

We understand that you might be having an issue, because you are only one user among lot of users, Last Time I requested you to provide Team Viewer ID but you did not. Now I have few Question.
1. Does Previous Versions also had the same issue ?
2. or Version 17.01 started issue on your System.
3. Finally you need to wait for next update.

For ur information i mforgot to mention that i hv changed my pc motherboard.
Is this problem bcoz of changed motherboard or not .
If its yes then how to solve
This problem pls
