UAT ZTE Flasher Button Not Working - GSM-Forum

Hi guys,

I've been using UAT for a while with no problems. Something like a week ago I've been experiencing an unexpected behavior, when I click on the "Flasher" button for ZTE, the Flasher window doesn't come out, it simple does nothing. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, removed previous versions, reinstalled and downgraded JRE, restored windows to a previous point, but no luck. Need support for this as soon as possible since have many phones to work with and have a lot of clients waiting for answers. Please let me know ASAP.

Have you tried deleting everything in the registry as well? What about moving the license to a new computer or virtual machine and see if it works then.

I removed everything in the registry as well, I haven't tried to move license since: first It takes 24H to work and second I was hoping I could solve the issue without changing to another PC, this should be my last move.
