You answered in post 38 that S6 was supported without root, I have now purchased the product but the software will not find my SM-G925F when I try to unlock even though the com port is active. Would you be kind enough to give instructions on how unlock is achieved? USB debugging is active.
Any suggestion gratefully received.

1 - Select Model
2 - Connect Device at regular mode
3 - Select Modem port and Click Direct Unlock

Thanks for the reply, I had put the phone in download mode.
Seems I will have to downgrade to Lollipop to unlock so I will have another go tomorrow.

thanks but did not work ..maybe i missing one step..ive 2 x s6 at hand like now same error,,all rooted....my prob is this on same fones if i execute reset FRP ufs all working correct but on cert writing phone not detected ...am using z3x as interface..i try enable uart via usb and com..not working...on sone fones like j500 and e700 cables and interface working..am i missing another step on g925F or is it supported????/

Put device to test mode for detect, *#0*# then connect uart again and try again.
